TERMS & CONDITIONS – EVENTS

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all events organized by Patterns, hereinafter referred to as "the Organization." By attending the event, you agree to these terms.

2. Admission & Participation

2.1. Access to the event is only granted to individuals with a valid ticket.

2.2. The Organization reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals in case of inappropriate behavior.

3. Live Streaming, Photography & Recordings

3.1. Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event, which may be live-streamed and/or used for promotional purposes.

3.2. By attending the event, you grant the Organization and its partners permission to use these images for social media, marketing, and other communication purposes.

3.3. Attendees cannot claim any rights to the use of these images and are not entitled to any compensation.

3.4. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, you must inform the Organization in advance or during the event. The Organization will try to accommodate this request but cannot guarantee it.

4. Liability

4.1. Attending the event is at your own risk. The Organization is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings.

4.2. The Organization is not responsible for any physical injury sustained during the event.

5. Privacy

5.1. Personal data collected for ticket sales and communication will be processed in accordance with the Organization's privacy policy.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Organization reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

6.2. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
